As a project manager from small to large scale civil construction, I can highly recommend Peard Excavation. Holly & Toby are great to deal with from the tendering stage of a project right through to the site works with their highly skilled team. Their out of the box thinking and working hard with us to get the job complete is exactly what anyone wants from an excavation company.

Common Questions

Excavation questions, answered straight.

No jargon, no runaround. If your question isn't here, call Toby on 027 309 6463.

Most residential jobs land between $120 and $180 per hour for a machine and operator, and small site works typically run from around $2,500. Price depends on access, ground conditions, spoil cartage and how much material has to leave site. We quote fixed price wherever the scope allows, after a free site visit — no hourly surprises.
